Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. If the goods are delivered in parts, the period begins upon receipt of the first partial delivery. The withdrawal must be made in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods before the deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. You must return the goods to us at your own risk. You bear the return shipping costs if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Non-parcel-shippable items will be collected from you. Compensation must be paid for any deterioration of the goods if it results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Financed Transactions

If you financed this contract through a loan and you revoke the financed contract, you are also no longer bound by the loan contract if both contracts form an economic unit.
